Green Entertainment LLC,(DBA/MindGames Rock Hill, or MindGames Escape Room Rock Hill) its members, representatives or employees will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during a game. Because of the nature of the games, people with heart conditions, anxiety disorders, PTSD, light/sound sensitivity, or pregnant women might choose to refrain from participating. You are participating at your own risk.

I fully understand and acknowledge that risks and dangers exist in my participation in MindGames Rock Hill. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes, and/or negligence, and by my participation in these activities. I hereby assume all risks, dangers and responsibility for any losses and/or damage.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs and assigns, hereby, voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify, Green Entertainment LLC (DBA MindGames Rock Hill, (MindGames Escape Room Rock Hill), its affiliates and related companies and their respective directors, managers, owners, officers, successors, assigns, agents, representatives and employees (collectively known as Released Parties) from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, emotional distress, pain and suffering, property damages, wrongful death, or otherwise which may arise out of my participation in MindGames Rock Hill,(MindGames Escape Room Rock Hill). I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have now, or in the future, for the negligence or other conduct by owners, agents, officers or employees of released parties.

We reserve the right to remove any patron at any time for any reason. I understand that demonstrating inappropriate behavior that interferes with the delivery of the guest experience, including being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may result in me being turned away and my game stated as a no show and applicable charges incurred.

The Released Parties are not responsible for my personal belongings while at MindGames Rock Hill, (MindGames Escape Room Rock Hill). Personal belongings (including cell phones) must be stored in lockers for the duration of the game.

I acknowledge that during the time that I am on the premises of MindGames Rock Hill (MindGames Escape Room Rock Hill) audio and video recording is being used inside of the facility and in its environs.  I give MindGames Rock Hill, (MindGames Escape Room Rock Hill) the right to use any photographs or video recordings created while I participate in MindGames Rock Hill, (MindGamese Escape Room Rock Hill) activities for publicity and advertising purposes.  I hereby grant permission for MindGames Rock Hill (MindGames Escape Room Rock Hill) to store my contact information for operational purposes.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

RULES

Once you've entered the room you will have 60 minutes to find clues and solve puzzles to find the way out of the room. If after 60 minutes you have not been successful, we will come and rescue you. For safety reasons, the door through which you will enter will remain unlocked.

Nothing needs to be broken or forced open. Our games are about finesse not strength. Anything that is broken or removed from the room as well as any damage (including bodily fluids) which forces us to close the room for any length of time will be charged to the group. Please follow all written and verbal instructions, they are for your safety, not to trick you. If we observe any potentially risky or unruly behavior, we will enter the room and stop the game. If you are removed from the attraction, there will be no refunds or re-admissions for any reason.

Do not remove anything from the rooms and please leave keys in locks. The ceiling, flooring and wall coverings do not need to be moved or removed. There is no need to move or lift any heavy object.

Through my electronic signature, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the waiver as described above and the rules. I also acknowledge that I have read the room description on the website.
