I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ESCAPE ROOM EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

I certify that I understand this activiity has potential risks including but not limited to:

1) Use of simple tools;

2) Potentially moving or lifting objects of not more than twenty pounds;

3) Mental stress and anxiety;

4) Being in a reasonably small space with up to 15 persons;

5) Possibly of failure to escape the room in the allotted time.

6.) Minor scratches and cuts if moving objects aggressively and not adhering rules and surroundings

7) Broken items  (due to excessive force) and missing props will be billed to account holder.

8) I understand that content in room may not be suitable for some people and aware and accept this information.

9) I understand that Panic Escape Room will not offer any refunds if myself or anyone in party is asked to leave or game is ended early for distubances or damage. 

10) I understand that I am participating at my own risk and will not hold PER accountable for any injuries I sustain during my experience. 

1!) I am aware that all of my activities here are monitored and recorded by audio and video and agree that use of it for any promotional material may be used without prior consent. 

I have no physical or mental illness that precludes my participation in a safe manner for myself or others.  I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol which impairs my ability to maintain my safety awareness or endangers others.
