General Waiver Details & Agreement to Observe & Obey Rules

As a participant in the escape room game/activity and any related activities organized by the Tri-Cities Escape Game, LLC, and/or in exchange for use of property, facilities and services of TCEG, I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral/visual instructions or directions given by the owners, employees, representatives or agents of the TCEG.  I understand that the escape room game/activity involves searching for clues and objects in an enclosed area with other participants.  I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with participation in the activities described above and organized by TCEG.  I understand and assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and for any personal injury I cause others.  In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities of the TCEG, in addition to payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge the TCEG, its owners, employees, representatives, or agents from any and all responsibilities or liabilities for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities organized by the TCEG.

I further release and discharge the TCEG for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my use of or presence upon the facilities of the TCEG, whether caused by the fault of myself or other third parties.  The TCEG uses special effects including but not limited to special lighting and lighting devices.  I agree to compensate the TCEG for all damages to the facilities of the TCEG caused by my negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

Photography & Video Permission

I also give TCEG permission to use images/video of me for the purpose of promoting the TCEG.

I certify that I have read and understand this agreement, and I agree with all of its contents.
