WAIVER AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prior to using the services provided by Way Out Investments Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "WOIC"), operating under the name "Game Over Escape Rooms" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), it is important to review the subsequent "Waiver and Terms and Conditions" carefully. Your signature on this document indicates your agreement to relinquish certain legal rights, including the right to pursue legal action.

TO: Way Out Investments Corp. ("Game Over Escape Rooms")

As the undersigned participant, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined by Way Out Investments Corp., operating as "Game Over Escape Rooms."

1. Assumption of Risk: I am aware that participating in the Game involves inherent risks, such as the risk of injury or damage to personal belongings due to potential equipment malfunctions or obstacles. Additionally, I understand that active participation in the Game could lead to injury or death. Despite recognizing these potential risks, and understanding the inherent dangers, I voluntarily choose to engage in the Game and assume all associated risks.

2. Health and Fitness: I confirm that I am in good health and do not suffer from any medical conditions that may be worsened by participating in the escape room activities. I am responsible for informing Game Over Escape Rooms of any conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely.

3. Release of Liability: In consideration of my participation, I release WOIC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during my participation.

4. Participant Conduct: I agree not to use any electronic devices, engage in photography or videography, or create records of my participation in any form. I also agree not to engage in any violent or disorderly conduct, damage any property, or remove any items from the premises. Violations may result in compensation up to $500 and additional remedies.

5. Property Damage: I agree to indemnify WOIC for any and all damage done to its property.

6. Waiver of Claims: I waive any and all claims against WOIC, their directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, and release them from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that may result from my participation in the Game.

7. Indemnification for Third-Party Claims: I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from any damage to third-party property or injury resulting from my participation.

8. Binding Effect: This Agreement is effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns.

I have read and understood this Agreement and by signing, I am aware that I am waiving specific legal rights against Way Out Investments Corp..

9. I confirm my understanding that the game is monitored and video recordered and I herby give consent for any photographs or video recordings of myself and/or my child under 18 may be used on Game Over Escape Rooms' social media platforms and official communication channels, for media-related purposes including promotional displays and marketing initiatives, only after my verbal permission. thereafter, I waive any claims to privacy or compensation regarding the use of my and/or my child's name and image, including accompanying textual content created in connection with video production and promotional efforts. As someone over 18 and as the parent/guardian of a minor, I have thoroughly reviewed and understand this release.

10. By signing these WAIVER AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS, I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and comprehended it. By affixing my signature to this document, I am conscious that I am waiving specific legal rights that either I or my successors, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns might possess against Way Out Investments Corp. I also confirm that I have received the booked serivce.
