Escape Wapak LLC – Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Please read carefully before participating.

By participating in any Escape Wapak LLC activities, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I understand these activities involve physical activity, loud noises, flying debris, and other risks. Injuries may occur, including slips, trips, cuts, bruises, or worsening of existing medical conditions. Participation is not recommended for those with asthma, heart, respiratory, joint, or other medical conditions, pregnant individuals, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I am responsible for my own safety and have asked any questions I need about the activities.

2. Release of Liability:
   I release Escape Wapak LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims or damages, including injuries, property damage, or other losses, that may result from my participation, whether caused by myself, others, or the facility.

3. Indemnification:
   I agree to cover any claims, costs, or damages that arise from my actions while at Escape Wapak LLC.

4. Rules and Conduct:
   Escape Wapak LLC may refuse service or ask me to leave for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

5. Media & Communications:
   I consent to photos or videos of me being taken while on premises and understand Escape Wapak LLC may use them for marketing purposes. I also consent to receiving promotional emails.

6. Voluntary Participation & Insurance:
   My participation is voluntary. I have insurance or accept responsibility for any medical or other costs that may result from participation.

7. Legal Agreement:
   This waiver is governed by Ohio law, and any disputes will be handled in Auglaize County, Ohio. If any part of this waiver is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

I have read and understand this waiver, and I voluntarily accept all risks associated with Escape Wapak LLC activities.
