ESCAPETIME RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the room escape adventures organized and/or conducted by EscapeTime, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "EscapeTime"), I, the undersigned participant, do hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that participating in a room escape adventure involves inherent risks and challenges. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, mental stress, exposure to unpredictable situations, and the possibility of injury, including severe injury, disability, or death. I am aware that these risks may arise from various factors, including the design of the room, equipment used, actions of other participants, and the environment in which the activities take place.

Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless EscapeTime, its officers, members, promoters, owners, employees, contractors, business partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in any event sponsored by EscapeTime. This release encompasses, but is not limited to, injuries, damages, losses, or harm of any nature, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Responsibility for Personal Safety: I acknowledge and understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during my participation in EscapeTime activities. I agree to follow all instructions provided by EscapeTime staff and to use all equipment and facilities in a safe and responsible manner.

Medical Considerations: I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent me from participating safely in EscapeTime activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before participating if I have any concerns about my health or fitness.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold EscapeTime, its officers, members, promoters, owners, employees, contractors, business partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) that may arise as a result of my actions, negligence, or breach of this agreement.

Media Release: I grant EscapeTime and its assigns the irrevocable right to capture, reproduce, and use my name, likeness, voice, and image in any form of media for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation or approval.

No Refunds: I understand and acknowledge that entrance fees for EscapeTime events are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if I choose not to participate or if the event is canceled for reasons beyond the control of EscapeTime.

Binding Agreement: I affirm that I have read and fully understand the terms of this Release and Waiver Agreement. I acknowledge that this agreement is a legally binding document and that I am voluntarily giving up certain legal rights by signing it. I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years old or signing this on behalf of a minor as required in the terms and conditions.
